About the Course
In this workshop, you will be guided by an expert chef in traditional Portuguese cooking, learning the techniques and secrets behind the authentic flavors of the country. The focus will be on local, seasonal ingredients, with an emphasis on preparation methods that preserve Portugal’s culinary traditions.
Participants will have the opportunity to get hands-on, experimenting with the cooking process and exploring the use of typical spices and seasonings. At the end, everyone will be able to enjoy the dishes they’ve prepared and take home the knowledge to recreate these delights in their own kitchens.
